The FA cup final is approaching quickly and as the pressure on the players intensifies, one less stress for Everton will be what to wear.  Having approached Savile Row tailor Gieves & Hawkes to provide them with the outfit for the big day, Everton are guaranteed to look their sartorial best.

The official cup final suit, which was unveiled at the Player of the Year awards on Monday 18th May, is a slim fitting single breasted two button navy mohair suit, teamed with a pale blue shirt with white collar and cuffs and a club stripe tie in Everton blue and white.  To finish the look the squad will be wearing a white pocket square and brown leather shoes.

Billee Williams, manager of Gieves and Hawkes here in Metquarter, said: "David Moyes is very pleased with the suits. He had clear ideas about what he wanted - something sharp and stylish and yet serious." Billee added that he felt Gieves and Hawkes were "ideally placed" to provide direction and to ensure the team is appropriately dressed for the occasion.

"We have been providing style direction for more than 200 years so we are well placed to ensure the team has something appropriate for the occasion - which hasn't always been the case with FA Cup final attire.  A large amount of work has gone into the project. Everybody wants the team to look well-groomed on the day."

Lets just hope that Everton play as well as they will look at this years final and bring the FA Cup back to Liverpool!
